What is shadow work?

Shadow work is the sacred practice of turning toward the parts of yourself you’ve been taught to hide. Your wounds, fears, anger, shame, and even your deepest desires, and meeting them with radical compassion. These pieces live in the unconscious and often shape your life from behind the scenes. Through shadow work, we bring light to what’s been buried, gently integrating what was once denied so you can reclaim your full power. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering that every part of you is worthy of love, even the parts you’ve been told to fear. This is the path of deep liberation, soul healing, and coming home to your wholeness.
