Eleven years ago I walked away from a cushy career and a comfortable partnership in search of more joy, passion and inspiration. I was terrified. Overcome with guilt. Scared to start over. But I did it. Then an accident came along and forced me to release the one remaining thing I was clinging to for security.

Below the fear, there was faith. And on the other side of those two leaps — I haven't regretted a single step.

What carried me through wasn't more thinking or more figuring it out. It was support. It was having people who could see what I couldn't yet see in myself — mentors, coaches and friends who held space for me while I found my way back to my own knowing.

That is exactly what I do for you now.
